ROOM DESCRIPTION
Make some memories in this unique & family-friendly place, where the endless activities and fun begin. Just a few minutes in Everything, swim in a saltwater jetted pool. Entertainment or Pelican birds feedings or walk to shop Coles and Restaurants. Activities like Boating, Kayaking/Canoeing, Fishing just -3mins drive at our place. Beaches just less than 8mins drive, but why go far? The Entrance beach is 2mins drive! Cycling/biking, the tracks is 50m from our house near the lakes. Fun is endless!
The space
The Entire property has a total of 6 bedrooms, including the granny flat and the guest suite which has its own entry separate from the main house. Please be mindful and considerate towards other guest. The pool, garden, play area and the laundry is shared with other guests in the house.
Guest access
Separate entry/ exit from the main house. It is located in the ground floor next to the play area and pool area.

House Rules
We adhere to strict noise regulations of NSW code of conduct and kindly ask that you be respectful and considerate of others. When the clock strikes 9:30pm, Please ensure that noise is kept to a minimum level. No screaming /shouting and loud music permitted. Strictly not more than 4 guests in this flat this includes the kids. Laundromat is just 10mins walk from our place. Only registered guests permitted at the property, unless prior approval is obtained for additional guests. No smoking/ vaping permitted inside the flat a $250 fee charge. Breach of the house rules will result in instant eviction without refund. For any inconvenience, issues in the house that you think need to be attain, Please inform us “ IMMEDIATELY” do not leave it unattended, we're happy to help and were just living nearby.
