Make some memories at this unique & family-friendly place, where the endless activities and fun begin. Just a few minutes in Everything, swim in a saltwater jetted pool. Entertainment or Pelican birds feedings or walk to shop Coles and Restaurants. Activities like Boating, Kayaking/Canoeing, Fishing just -3mins drive at our place. Beaches just less than 8mins drive, but why go far? The Entrance beach is 2mins drive! Cycling/biking, the tracks is 50m from our house near the lakes. Fun is endless!
The space
This Property has 6 bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has ensuite and 2 studio unit has ensuite and a kitchenettes. Plus they have their own entry and exit without using the main house entry. Very unique house and nearly near in everything, especially this Summer season it has a lot of activities. Either walk to Coles or to the Memorial Park the Entrance.. or Dine in to the Diggers the Entrance buffet style which 9mins walk only from our house. This property is located in a secure and quite neighbourhood area. The property is only 73mins drive to hunter Valley and approximately 90mins to Sydney CBD. What to do during winter? We adhere to strict noise regulations of NSW code of conduct and kindly ask that you be respectful and considerate of others. When the clock strikes 9:30pm, Please ensure that noise is kept to a minimum level. No screaming /shouting and loud music permitted. Strictly not more than 15 people/guest including kids in this house. Only registered guests permitted at the property, unless prior approval is obtained for additional guests. No smoking/ vaping permitted inside the house a $500 fee charge. Breach of the house rules will result in instant eviction without refund. A note to Remember to some people who doesn't know that sometimes some kids play the machine buttons or remotes, here's what you need: Dishwasher Error Please Press “RESET” button for 3seconds and it will go back to the original Program. Press Program then select the ideal time for you then press start. Electric Fan room downstairs For summer mode press this sign ⭕ but also show in the remote F letter in means summer mode And if it shows A it means it is in winter ❄️ mode and it spin clockwise. For any inconvenience, issues in the house that you think need to be attain, Please inform us “ IMMEDIATELY” do not leave it unattended, we're happy to help and were just living nearby.
