We adhere to strict noise regulations of NSW code of conduct and kindly ask that you be respectful and considerate of others. No screaming /shouting and loud music permitted.

Quiet Hours

🕤 Weekdays: 9:30 PM – 8:00 AM

🕥 Weekends: 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM

🕥 Holidays: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM

During these hours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum. You're welcome to continue your activities, but we suggest doing so indoors and at a minimal noise to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

Strictly not more than 18 people/guest including kids in this house.

Only registered guests permitted at the property, unless prior approval is obtained for additional guests you want to add.

No smoking/ vaping permitted inside the house a $700 fee charge.

Breach of the house rules will result in instant eviction without refund after the first given warning.

Dishwasher Error

Please Press “RESET” button for 3seconds and it will go back to the original Program.

Press Program then select the ideal time for you then press start.

Electric Fan room downstairs

For summer mode press this sign ⭕ but also show in the remote F letter in means summer mode

And if it shows A it means it is in winter ❄️ mode and it spin clockwise.

- For the white pebbles sometimes the kids plays on it, kindly please put it back to its place rather than just leave it everywhere, the cleaners will be charging another extra payment for this task.

- Toys must be in their boxes or storage.

- The Fireplace should not be move under the house in any circumstances, it is to avoid fire.

For any inconvenience, issues in the house that you think need to be attain, Please inform us “ IMMEDIATELY” do not leave it unattended, we're happy to help and were just living nearby.
